Heyyyy I'm Summer! So excited to be back at revival for my 4th year and joining the Conversations with Life camp! I left my 4 spiritual advisors (my dogs) to come chat, sing and play away. I've secretly been Micky'ing unsuspecting friends and family on roads trips for a couple years... Read More →

Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it. —Rumi One of the most mysterious aspects of self-love is that we tend to land on it only as a last resort, when everything else has failed, when we have truly hit bottom, when our yearning to be rescued by others has led to disappointment again and again and again. In this workshop, we will consider the possibility of stepping into deep and profound self-love RIGHT NOW. We will stare straight into the paradox of our resistance to self-love and in doing so we will glimpse the sovereignty that awaits us by shedding the barriers we have built against it. Being a human is the most challenging journey any conscious being could ever undertake. Were it possible to travel to all the galaxies of this universe and study all the intelligent life forms it contains, we would not find a single creature who faces a journey of existence more challenging than our own. No human can bypass this predicament. Deferring, ignoring or evading it only complicates our task in the long run. But there is one thing that we can do to simplify the journey immeasurably—we can commit to the practice of self-love.It is a big commitment, it is a scary commitment, it is an unconventional commitment. It is a commitment that all of our social conditioning dismisses and devalues. And yet the rewards are immense. For how can we love others before we have learned to love ourselves? How can we know what we are called to do in this lifetime before we know ourselves? How can we connect with the magical wonders of this universe if we cannot connect with ourselves? How can we be truly free until we are SOVEREIGN?
I'm a life coach and Three Principles practitioner, based half-time in SLC and half-time in LA. I hold a B.A. from UCSB and M.A. from Harvard, but it's the training I received from George and Linda Pransky that forever changed my life. You can learn more about me at FreedSoul.co... Read More →
Possibilities and Pitfalls of the Sangha: How to work Consciously with Group Field Technology
Says Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, “The next Buddha may be a Sangha". What does this mean? As we move out of the age of gurus, how will we encounter guidance and connection to subtle energies and dimensions? Some teachers suggest that rather than power coming through a single leader or prophet, it will begin to come through aligned groups. In this workshop we will talk about and practice basic group coherence and experience the richness of being held and healed by a group body. We will also mention the ways this technology may have been abused in religious and other institutions and practice maintaining sovereignty and boundary as we open to a larger field. (60 min)

Let’s Get Mickey’d: an introduction to the philosophy of Michael Singer
Hello... are you in there? Are you sure? Ever notice that voice inside your head and how it NEVER. STOPS. TALKING? Join us in a little adventure into Michael Singer’s philosophy of inner freedom, guided by someone who has absolutely wrestled with her own mind enough to teach this with receipts. We'll explore the wild chatty roommate living in your head, learn how to step back into the quiet seat of awareness, and practice letting go of the emotional clutter that keeps you tense, reactive, or accidentally dramatic (gasp). Through simple exercises and a lot of humor, you’ll discover how to stop wrestling with life, start relaxing into it, and maybe even enjoy the ride a little more. (60 minutes)

You’ve likely been instructed to “find your center”, but what does that mean? The key to our empowerment and realization might depend on whether we can find and hold the center. The absolute center is the ultimate mystery, and perhaps the key to working with personal and group power well. At the center of our galaxy lies an immense singularity, a black hole where the “rules” of time/space bend. At the center of each atom, there is, we have found, a similar dark space. So let’s sit and gaze into the mystery of that dark center, and if we do, I’ve found we will create something new, wonderful, powerful, and connected. That "dark" mystery at the center of all matter has been seen and felt as a Dragon, an archetype that has been demonized and glorified, but if we meet the dragon with a strong and open heart, this energy and power is not only safe, but essential if we are to evolve into our most loving and powerful selves. Workshop includes teaching, discussion, and guided practices to support integration of the topic.
Anatomy of Pleasure for Every Body: experiencing your multidimensional erotic fullness.
Does your longing for sex and partnership have you blushing or frustrated? Are you confused and exhausted by the endless public warfare around gender and sexuality? Xochitl will guide you into experiencing the fullness of your physical and energetic erotic bodies so you can run your own current and relate to others from wholeness and shared love rather than trauma and transaction. We will briefly cover physical sexual anatomy and then move into teachings and guided practice to help you encounter a deeper connection to yourself and others. You will learn the basic pleasure points and practices for different types of human anatomy, build awareness of your personal masculine and feminine energies, get to practice running your own full current without having to project on a partner or potential lover, and begin feeling and understanding your etheric or energetic body and its anatomy and power. Limited seating, please arrive early. Doors will close when class is full or at 6:00pm, whichever comes first.

Sovereign Relating: Finding what is real beyond the roles.
Something about relationship seems to be dying. In this workshop we address the end of the materialistic notion of relationship as a thing and open into the emergent understanding of relating as a process. We will practice grieving the ways relationship has broken us as well as learning new skills to draw back our projections, re-humanize ourselves and others, and begin experiencing the ease of relating to and from our divinity instead of objectification. We will guide several practices to embody the teachings as well as have plenty of time for questions and answers about relating in general and about the unique journey that Cedar and Xoch have experienced in their unconventional relating container.

My Body: A Disrobing Ceremony and Tantric Temple (Please arrive early as doors will close at 2:00) Cedar and Xochitl
This closed-door ceremonial experience invites participants to gently explore vulnerability, body image, and self-acceptance through optional disrobing, witnessing, and sacred ritual. Rooted in tantric principles, it’s a space to release shame and honor the beauty and truth of every body. We will briefly explore practices of consent, privacy, and space holding before opening the opportunity for each person to disrobe to their level of comfort and share their body’s story with us and be witnessed in love and attunement. Participants will not be engaging in physical touch with each other during the experience. Limited seating. Doors will close when the class is full or at 2:00pm, whichever happens first.
