Summer Solstice Sound Bath
Sunday June 21, 2026 8:00am - 9:00am MDT
Step into a deeply immersive 60-minute sound bath journey designed to open the senses, clear the charkas, and shift you into a deeply relaxed state. As we gather during this summer solstice this offering will weave together soothing tones, sound vibrations, light language singing, and healing frequencies from such instruments as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan tingsha chimes, rain sticks, ocean drums, and gongs. This is an invitation to relax, reset, reconnect and raise your frequency. Whether you arrive curious or simply in need of a pause, this experience meets you where you are, like a quiet exhale shared among music, light, and community. Come and let the sound carry you.

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket and a pillow to lay on.

Transcendental Meditation Camp Opening
Sunday June 21, 2026 9:00am - 9:20am MDT
Transcendental Meditation (TM) is a simple, effortless meditation technique practiced for 20 minutes, twice a day, while sitting comfortably with the eyes closed. Unlike methods that require concentration, visualization, or controlling the breath, TM allows the mind to naturally settle inward toward a state of deep rest and quiet awareness.

Practitioners use a personalized mantra—a specific sound given by a certified teacher—to gently transcend the surface level of thought and experience a deeper level of consciousness. This state is often described as restful alertness: the body relaxes deeply while the mind remains awake and aware.

Benefits of Transcendental Meditation

Research and personal experience have associated TM with a variety of benefits, including:

• Reduced stress and anxiety
• Improved focus and mental clarity
• Increased creativity and problem-solving ability
• Better sleep quality
• Enhanced emotional resilience
• Lower blood pressure and improved cardiovascular health
• Greater feelings of well-being, happiness, and inner peace
• Increased self-awareness and connection to one’s authentic self

Why Start the Day with TM?

The first moments of the day often set the tone for everything that follows. Many people begin their mornings immediately responding to emails, social media, obligations, and external demands. TM offers a different approach.

By starting the day with meditation, we create space before the noise begins. Instead of reacting to life from stress, we begin from a place of calm presence. The nervous system settles, the mind clears, and we become better equipped to navigate challenges with patience, clarity, and intention.

A morning TM practice can feel like finding the still point in the center of a storm—a reminder that peace is not something we must chase throughout the day, but something we can cultivate from within before the day even begins.

For many practitioners, those twenty minutes become a sacred pause: a moment to return home to themselves, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and step into the day feeling grounded, centered, and fully present.

“The quality of our day is often determined by the quality of our consciousness when we begin it.”

Volunteer Shift | Support Squad
Sunday June 21, 2026 10:00am - 12:00pm MDT
Support Squad
The crew that builds Revival and takes it down. Nothing happens without you first.

Support Squad is the build-and-teardown crew. Before the gates open, you’re the people marking the field, raising the tents, setting the stage, and putting the bones of Revival in place. After the weekend, you’re the people who take it all down and leave the park as we found it. It’s physical, satisfying work, and it’s the foundation everything else stands on.
How a Shift Works
Report to the Gate, where all the infrastructure is staged. Grab a radio on Channel 1. Find your task lead for the day. They have the plan and work alongside you. You don’t need to know anything in advance.
When We Work
First shifts start at 9:00 AM. We build mornings and evenings and stay off the field during the mid-day heat. Build runs Tuesday June 16 and Wednesday June 17. Strike runs Sunday June 21, finishing Monday June 22.
Working Safely
This is the most physical volunteer work at Revival. Wear closed-toe shoes, bring water, pace yourself in the sun, and lift with your legs. If a job feels beyond you, tell your task lead. Stopping to ask is always the right call.
Who This Shift Is For
Anyone who likes building things and working as part of a crew. No special skills needed; your task lead shows you what to do. The attached at-a-glance has everything you need for the day.
