Through real scenarios and open dialogue, you’ll see what can unfold in ceremony and how a trained guide responds in real time.

In this experiential workshop, health educator and mental fitness coach Mindy Tueller, MS, MCHES explores what gets in the way of genuine pleasure, including the conflicting cultural messages that tell us some enjoyment is shameful and others should be pursued to excess. Through a guided 15-minute full-sensory experience with food, you'll discover firsthand what it feels like to be completely present with something simple and beautiful. Join us to slow down, tune in, and rediscover what your body already knows.

My Body: A Disrobing Ceremony and Tantric Temple
(Please arrive early as doors will close at 2:00) Cedar and Xochitl

 This closed-door ceremonial experience invites participants to gently explore vulnerability, body image, and self-acceptance through optional disrobing, witnessing, and sacred ritual. Rooted in tantric principles, it’s a space to release shame and honor the beauty and truth of every body. We will briefly explore practices of consent, privacy, and space holding before opening the opportunity for each person to disrobe to their level of comfort and share their body’s story with us and be witnessed in love and attunement. Participants will not be engaging in physical touch with each other during the experience.  Limited seating. Doors will close when the class is full or at 2:00pm, whichever happens first.
