Wisdom that has been ripped away and watered down for generations and kept hidden deep with my ancestors DNA codes. Until I was ready to uncover the layers that once protected my feral spirit! In Samoa we call this individual Fofō, before doctors and colonial ways seeped their way into our body mind n soul, we would seek healing from a holistic healer. An individual that was divinely connected to the spirit realms and to the Mother Earth. They would harvest medicine from the earth & could connect any illness to an emotion or lingering spirit. This individual would perform ceremonies and rituals to rid their patients from these siphoning entities and send them back to source. Over generations of modern medicine and traumatic cultural events we have slowly let go of these ways and started to depend on a foreign way of surviving, a way that keeps us sick and forgetting who we are, and where we come from. Draining our power. Through this work, I have shed fears and beliefs that gave me amnesia to who I truly am. I have been rewarded with activated ancient codes within that help me remember who I am and where I come from and what I am building for the future generations to come! I am guided by this powerful ancestry, & I do believe it is my purpose to come back to these ancient ways for healing as I innerstand it works and has worked for millions of years before modern civilizations came to be.
