Through simple breathing exercises, gentle somatic movement, and mindful awareness practices, you'll explore how small shifts in your body can create profound shifts in how you feel—helping you become more grounded, present, and connected.

This class is designed to be accessible, playful, and welcoming to all experience levels. Whether you're new to these practices or have been exploring them for years, you'll leave with practical tools to support greater balance, resilience, and well-being in everyday life.

We'll close with a relaxing sound bath, giving your body and nervous system time to integrate the experience and settle into a deeper state of ease.
